Don’t worry — before shipping, every product goes through a sniff test (ok, not really — but it’s quality-checked and packed properly).

But if your product arrives damaged due to logistics or courier handling, we’ve got your back.
Just drop a message on our Whatsapp Support (+91-9540461056) send us photos/videos of the issue at hello@theloyalwhiskers.in within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it with a new one. 🐾

Before shipping, every carrier is thoroughly checked (no actual sniff test… but very close). We make sure it leaves our hands in perfect condition.

If anything goes wrong in transit, we’ll help you out — promise.
